However, on closer inspection, the spare pillows did not have covers on them, and they were stained. The blankets provided for colder nights were also stained. The oven/ microwave was difficult to use and no instructions were provided. The TV in the bedroom did not work. Our first full day was spent off site visiting family. On the second day we ventured to use the swimming pool. Unfortunately, the key fob provided for access to the pool area did not work. The reception was closed until 3.30 pm each day, so I contacted the property via a message . They advised us to go to reception.. ..it was closed! We eventually saw someone at reception later that day (Saturday), only to be informed that the lady who gives the key fobs would be back on Monday, as we were flying home on Monday, this meant we were unable to use the pool at all during our stay. Ironically, on the Sunday afternoon, we received a call from the reception asking if we would like to pick up a replacement key fob, we were on a bus at the time, having spent the day at beach resort in the region. Has we had a key fob we could have spent the day at the pool!!. We complained regarding all of the above but received a shrug of the shoulders. I complained via booking.com but never received a reply from the property just an automated acknowledgement from Booking.com. All in all, very disappointing. I find it worrying that a complex this big did not have the reception manned other than between 3.30 and 7.30pm each day, I dread to think what would have happened had the main gate and or apartment keys failed outside reception hours!!

The reception is open only a few hours per day and it is not easy to communicate with the staff. It took us some days to find the wifi password - it was written in a cover of a leaflet. The staff didn't know where to find it. The terrace is facing north-west and not very sunny during winter. The bed is quite small and the coffee machine would be nice.
