We were travelling the Camino and needed our bags to be dropped to the apartment ahead of time.they didn’t reply to any messages asking same and were extremely unhelpful.first time in 5 years this has happened.i would not recommend this property for this reason.also basics lacking eg not enough toilet paper and only one towel each left.
