Apartamento de lujo con jardin privado

First: this review is not about the apartment on the website. We were given another apartment with a garden. The view is stunning but the apartment itself is a soulless box. Nothing has been done to make it feel nice or even cosy. Just the very,very basics are there. Beds are a small size (not really suited for us tall northern Europeans). In the bathrooms there is nowhere to put your toiletries and no hooks to hang you cloths or PJ's on. The garden is almost facing north, so practically no sun (we were here in December). The worst thing however is the bad quality of the furniture. One night I was sitting on a dining chair and suddenly I felt a wobble. Before I knew what happened, I was lying on the floor in a rubble of wood. On checking the rubble it was clear the legs were NOT glued to the rest of the chair but just rammed in. On checking the other chairs we discovered another that was wobbly. I was not badly injured (a sore neck and arm) but I was sitting close to the windows and had I fallen against a window I could have easily broken my neck!! All in all: we will never return to this ISEA apartment.

Please could a kettle be provided for UK visitors! Everything else was perfect

It was a bitter disappointment. Just 24 hours before our arrival we were told that the owners of this apartment with garden, decided they wanted to use it themselves. We specifically booked THIS apartement because it is in the new part of Calaceite and has a garden. We were given another apartment in the old part which was something we DID NOT want but we had no choice.

The water was not hot. Only warm.
