“Well-equipped spacious apartment with amazing views”

The best

Really spacious and bright. Very well equipped - handy having things like salt and pepper in the cupboard. Loads of lovely quirky bits and pieces decorating the apartment. Superb views and a nice sea breeze. Easy access to an amazing beach. Use of a really nice, quiet swimming pool.

To be improved

Nothing major. Bathroom sink could have been a bit cleaner, but it was a minor thing.

“Our stay was horrible, the owner was horrible!”

The apartment is advertised as fully wheelchair accessible, which is completely untrue! You can get in the main door but once inside the door frames are tiny, it is not possible to access either the toilets or the bathroom in the apartment. The owner understands that they are falsely advertising but they think that this is acceptable, they say that as the apartment is so close to the beach people don’t complain about the accessibility issues.

To be improved

I didn’t like the fact that the apartment is advertised as fully accessible when in fact it is not. It was very upsetting that my child got hurt in his wheelchair as the elevator is too small to accommodate. It was very stressful to find that my son would not have access to either the bathroom or the toilets in the apartment, considering it is advertised as fully accessible! To find that the owner was rude, unhelpful and completely unprofessional, his only interest was in keeping my money and bluffing over the fact that he is advertised as fully accessible.
