Apartamento de temporada en Malvarrosa Vacaciones largas Long Stay desde 11 noches

I boolked via Booking.con and had it iconfirmed many months before a week befire The.ptoperty cancel the booking. .with a false.excuse saying that the visa card was.not valid. . NO communication from.the.property after several calls and mails to "sort " the issue. eventhouhg card was perfectly fine. last minute .had to book.another accommodation ( with the same card).. . never heard from them very disappointed

Very noisy marginal neighborhood with lots of trash and questionable people in the street. The apartment was very basic with minimal linens. The bathroom was barely functional.

It is not the cleanest place I have been. Cockroaches in the building and also occasionally in the bathroom. The appliances were not working and had to be fixed. The remote controls with deplited batteries (which I had to change). Neighborhood, seems like it is one of the most dangerous ones from Valencia - I did find out while I was there and after my son was invited to buy drugs in one of his walks to the beach in the evening...
