Apartamento de vacaciones en la playa

Place is very old and scruffy especially the kitchen. The appointment doesn't look or feel like on the photos. Door lock is loose and very hard to open what limited our freedom after one of us was stuck outside for hours unable to open the door until other persons arrival. This was our 3rd visit at Santa Pola and this apparent was absolute disappoint. There was for e.g. no soap, no washing up liquid, no tea etc. All apartments we had before all around the Europ had always been equipped with tiny amount of basic household items which is very useful when you visit for a week or so. Washing machine was broken, destroyed our clothes, reported right away, promised an engineer to come with total no show and silence from the owner. We had 10 nights booked there as a family with 2 kids with no washing machine, not fully working TV and unable to cook food as every time I would turn on electric stove the power was cut off! We wanted to cancel and move to other place but recived response that there was no cancellations policy at all! I should also add presence of the cockroaches of which the owner was aware but forgot to mention it in description!! Absolute nightmare ! Never again
