The location of the property is fantastic. Right opposite the beach which then gives you stunning views from the apartment. The apartment is very very spacious and perfect. Every room has a fan and air con in one of the rooms and in the main living arrangement. Nice size community pool which is not busy and very clean. We love to book this property again.

Cant really knock the place, maybe just the tramline behind. But its not like your staying on the mainline into London

You can't beat the location with magnificient view of the sea. The balcony is converted into an extension of the living room and you can comfortably enjoy sunrise. Also the facilities were great with a swimming pool and tennis court. We were there in december so not many people using it.

To be improved

The pictures are a bit photoshopped. The property is very run down. Bathroom was not very clean and especially the kitchen was unusable see pictures. Rusted kitchenware and sticky porselan and on top of that the oven glass missing(broken) see pictures. We had constantly shortcircuit when we tried to cook/use the stove and oven. Too be honest, apart from the view, this property is not worth the price and definately doesn't deserve a 9.1 on booking.com. if you are planning to use the kitchen, we don't recommend this apartment.

The best

Lovely quiet apartments. Right on the beach exactly as the pictures show. Minu market 4 minute walk, 2 cafes right beside us and , a lovely restaurant aswell which we had lunch in and dinner one night also. Tram line is a 2 minute walk, 30 minute journey into Alicante town which was perfect as the kids loved the tram. Would and will definitely return. Host was great and on the other end of the phone if we needed anything.
