The best

The apartment in itself is spacious and it's in a good location

To be improved

The appartment is noisy. Because of the neighbours. Also the noise in the master bedroom - coming from a machine on the roof? - is really nerve wrecking. It gets under your skin and has cost us our sleep... We reported this noise to the landlady, but she never came by to hear the noise for herself or to (have) investigate(d) where this noise is coming from. She also didn't come to see for herself the leakage in the bathroom and kitchen after the heavy rainfall... It kinda felt like she couldn't be bothered. Too bad. Since she lives only a 3 minutes walk away from the apartment. Also the appartment is very dusty and humid. We ourselves cleaned it after arriving, but even then we had like an allergic reaction in the form of itchy eyes, a runny nose and be coughing a lot. Finally, be aware that the appartment is on the second floor, there is no elevator. This info was not in the (Dutch) description of the appartment nor in the English confirmation of the booking....
