"Bad location. Too far to the beach and restaurants. Cramped sink in one of the bathrooms. We informed them, and they promised to fix it, but it wasn't fixed. Also reported three broken chairs and a large, loose ceiling tile in the bathroom, but received no response from the owner. Dirty shower. Poor furniture on the balcony. A lot of noise from cars on the balcony. No information from the owner.

Poorly maintained apartment. Not as advertised. Sofa stained and grubby. Two dining chairs wobbly felt unsafe. No seat pads on outdoor furniture. One curtain missing. Two handbasins had no drain plug. Bath had no drain plug. No towel rails or hooks in bathrooms. Mishmash of bedding. One hand towel. No bath/shower mats (4 bath towels were provided). No tea towels. Dishwasher door misfit making opening stiff and heavy. Filter missing from D/w. Leak from water inlet to washing machine. Ironing board no fitted cover. Kettle (cheap and nasty plastic) lid hinge broken. Mishmash of cutlery. No information book - would be useful to know about bins/recycling. Whether water ok to drink. How to get TV channels etc. Other than the information book, all these issues were reported to the agent. They sent in a cleaner in on the first evening which was an improvement in the standard of cleaning. They also visited to check on the leak and the dishwasher. They added salt to the dishwasher and brought 4 new bath towels.

It needs deep cleaning, changing Pillows to be more comfortable.

My recent stay at this property was quite disappointing due to several issues. To start with, the couch in the house was dirty, and the outside seating had no cushions. When I contacted management, I was told they removed the cushions because they get very dirty and are hard to clean. The same excuse was given for the couch. There was also no duvet available, and when I asked about it, I was told that because it was 40 degrees outside, they only provided the duvet cover. However, the duvet in the house was dirty and uncovered, which was unacceptable. Overall, the house was not clean, and everything felt very cheap, from the harsh white lighting to the flimsy kettle and cutlery that bent easily under minimal pressure. The checkout time of 10 a.m. felt unreasonably early and didn’t make sense given the other shortcomings of the property. To add to the disappointment, there was no garbage bin or soap in the second bathroom, and the overall quality of furniture and amenities was very poor. Everything felt cheap and poorly maintained, making for an overall unpleasant experience. Beyond commercial building and management.
