“Disappointed”
The best

Apt was fine, in nice location, amenities excellent.

To be improved

Very disappointed on arrival to discover we were on 4th floor apartment and elevator not working. We are both OAP'S with mobility issues. We were assured it would be operational next day. Sadly we were without the elevator for 6 days. This had a massive impact on our ability to come and go as we pleased. We asked our go to person, Adam if we could be moved to a ground floor apartment he said he would pass the request on. However we got no reply. This one person was the only contact we had and he had no interest in helping in any way. Sadly because of this we will not return to this complex. Regards Martin Marion Crone.
