The property was huge & very clean, luckily enough the cleaners were still on site and were able to show us/give us our keys, we did however have to pay for our pet, pay the €200 breakage deposit (fully refundable) and sign the contract at a hotel approx 2km away, it was ok for us we had a car, would be a bit of a nightmare if you were relying on public transport. The apartment only had the one heating/air conditioning unit in the living area, plus one more stand alone heater in one of the bedrooms, we knew one the temperatures dropped in the evening the other rooms would be cold, so we asked for an additional heater which was delivered in less than 30 minutes.

To be improved

The apartment is aged & tired, we wern't able to get the wi-fi to work, even after resetting it.

The staff to pick up the keys they close at 2130 I had to book another hotel I was 10 min late I called emergency number no one pick up the phone I tried texting nothing So I had to go to another hotel Not very fair

the shower was broken in the small bathroom. another plug adaptor in the kitchen would be useful.

Close to beach, a lot of space in appartment

To be improved

Very loud noises on roof and damaged window curtains made it almost impossible to sleep. Kitchen could use more silver ware. Host provided emergency number for check in but no one was answering the number. We had to pay 1 night in a hotel.
