It was not very comfortable. The kitchen was difficult to use as there was lack of preparation space, all the crockery was above head height, not enough utensils. No space to keep bread/fruit etc, and there were ants and cockroaches. No coffee pods supplied for the machine, and no milk or sugar. No hospitality touches. In general, the property was overpriced. I expected a much nicer Sevillian courtyard. Instead the courtyard was very hot and stored motorcycles and bicycles, instead of plants!

Everything was perfect from communication with the owner to the apartment itself. Located in a quiet cozy place in the apartment is fully equipped with everything a traveler needs. I highly recommend this apartment

“Great place for a business trip or a holiday stay”

The best

A very pleasant, clean and well-equipped apartment. Excellent location, quie t, and at the same time close to places (within walking distance) such as the university, Real Alcázar, Torre del Oro, Maria Luisa Park or Cathedral of Santa María de la Sede de Sevilla. Close to shops and restaurants. You can feel the good spirit of Seville :) I highly recommend and greet the nice owner.
