“The WORST experience ever! Look for anything else but this place. not even BOOKING helped to solve issues”

There is nothing about the property to like, what they offered wasn’t what they gave us and Booking didn’t help nor answer our requests

DO NOT BOOK this place!!! or anything AP Rentals Madrid offer. Entering the place was very difficult we spent hours trying to get in as everything is remote there’s no front desk, no one meets you to help you get in. The Apartments are on the 5th floor , they don’t tell you there is no elevator and the stairs are steep and very old. The main room has no windows and they only give you a PORTABLE AC /FAN tHAT DOESN’T work(and did sent a replacement although we asked them constantly ) to cool the apartment, the main room is so hot you have to end up sleeping in the couch in the living room. The place was VERY DIRTY, gross in some places and had an ANT INVASION, so we couldn’t buy food to cook in what it seem to be a very basic kitchen. They sent someone to fill the apartment with bug spray several hours after the spraying , the apartment had the stink of the chemical in the spray hours after they came by, hard to breath and went dizzy. The Next day the bug spray was out, so COCKROACHES came in all over the place: barroom, kitchen, room and living room. We had cockroaches everywhere. We asked for our money back or for changing apartments as they have other properties in the area, but they stop answering until the came back with an offer one day before living the place, to late for a 7 day stay. We have videos, pictures and texts to confirm our story. The worst part is BOOKING didn’t respond our request, they didn’t help us as the property has a non refund policy.

“Very well located, confortable and spacious. Not excellent for cooking.”

The best

Location was very good, the room is very spacious and confortable. There are 2 supermarkets close buy, some restaurants and cheap but very good cafés with fresh pastries and bread. It is also close to a locker point if you need to store your bags before and after check in and out.

To be improved

The bathroom is very small and the shower water does not have much pressure. We cooked a couple of times and I wished they could leave some basic cooking supplies, like salt or olive oil, and get a better frying pan.
