“A nice apartment with a lovely host.”

The best

It’s a nice, light apartment with pretty much everything you need. The shower is lovely, the bed is comfy and our family of 5 was comfortable. The host is highly communicative and friendly. They has kindly set it up with Christmas decorations, which was a really lovely touch. Plenty of blankets to keep everyone snug, and the heating worked well. The washing machine was appreciated. They had also left some wine and olives, which was very generous. It’s a good location for the chairlift.

To be improved

You have to pick up the key from Granada - which is OK if you travel through, but not convenient to arrange a meeting time compared to lock boxes. The car park is challenging for large cars. Thankfully we didn’t use our car whilst there, but we wouldn’t want to drive in and out every day. The TV is in Spanish only, and is not set up as a smart TV. Not a showstopper but we were there for 10 days with children, so slightly frustrating to not have the option of watching TV. Very expensive for what it is, but sadly that’s indicative of the area.

Location of the appartment was great as it was near the chair lift and stairs to the centre of town and near a supermarket

To be improved

Having to collect key in Centre of Granada. If it had not been for a family member collecting them for us it would have been very difficult as we had organized a shuttle bus transfer from the airport to the apartment A key lock at the apartment would have been better
