Apt was spacious and located within walking distance of shopping and restaurants.

To be improved

There was a communication issue regarding check in that was stressful. Information was sent to me on WhatsApp that I did not receive timely. The WI-FI information was not correct and I had to get the correct info from the router in the room. I do understand that working with two languages can be difficult.

The best

Location was good and apt was very clean, spacious and quiet. Mgt helped me to get a new handset for the TV and with advice booking a taxi.

To be improved

Coffee machine not to my liking so my advice is bring a cafetiere with you! I hated the darkness. This not the fault of mgt but it should be pointed out that apt is on ground floor with no natural light. The bathroom shower was not just poor but dangerous - door broken and far too narrow - I couldn't bend down and water pressure was too strong for shower head - it kept spinning about and no shelf to put soaps etc. Also the TV channels were not coming through - signals very weak.
