I was asked if I needed any assistance after my arrival. I simply asked for any recommendations for a restaurant in the area, but I was never answered.

Some street noise, but thats not unusual.

AVOID A HEALTH HAZARD Cold (16 deg celcius) even with all the heaters on. Electricity kept cutting out as we had heaters on. Agent told us to turn down the heaters dispite it being too cold. Kitchen and bathroom have no heating. Dirty and tired and needs a good clean. Fungus and mould growing on the windows Key did not work and had to go and get a replacement. The pictures do not reflect the wear and tear on the apartment. Beds terrible, pillows smell. Cooker broken and difficult to switch on and off Raised all the above with the agents they just did not care. They lied to booking.com saying that we had refused help. Avoid any apartments they manage (Aquiler vacacional cadiz) as others we met said they had problems as well Booking.com were useless.

It was exceptionally hot while we were there, so the air conditioning unit in the living space could not cool the whole apartment. The bedroom towards the back of the apartment was a bit uncomfortable to sleep in. There was a second portable aircon unit but it was not working, I would say a second working unit is essential for summer stays. The staff were so helpful and very responsive and brought us an additional fan which helped.
