Amazing location. Spotless clean. Excellent value for money

Collecting the keys and leaving the deposit was a simple process. Very polite and helpful staff in the office. The deposit was left via a credit card but, unlike other agents, the amount was 'blocked' rather than a payment made which meant that money was not lost on card processing fees and/or exchange rates when the deposit is taken/returned. Leaving the keys was also ab easy process and polite, informative messages were received explaining each process. The apartment has four proper bedrooms so accommodates people in real beds rather than 'sofa beds' in hallways and living rooms. The two bathrooms were clean and even had some toiletries supplied, this was very welcome. The shower in each bathroom has good pressure and hot water. Sufficient towels were supplied, these were very clean and of good quality. The kitchen is equipped for most requirements and was supplied with cleaning supplies (washing up liquid, etc.). The lounge has good soft seating and a dining table with sufficient chairs. The balcony is small but will accommodate about six people without issue. It overlooks a small shopping street but it does not suffer from invasive noise. The apartment is located not far from the 'Old Town' - just a few minutes walk. There are plenty of shops and eating/drinking places (British & Spanish) within a few minutes walk.
