“overly complicated apartment, not value for money”

360 degree terrace is stunning- a beautiful memory of the visit to Cadiz. very good quiet location.

overly complicated process with request for a deposit in advance to be able to be cleared for getting the code.- which was not immediate. it caused unnecessary stress. apartment shower was clogged upon arrival and it took until the next day for them to fix it. this definitely impacted the quality of our stay. almost no staples provided, a bit pricy when considering what is being provided. internet was provided but not properly informed. we stained some towels (with apologies) and were charged a large sum for that- normally these stains would go away with a proper wash, so it seemed disproportionate.
