“The perfect family accommodation near Granada”

The best

The best thing about this accommodation is that, true to its 9.8 rating on Booking.com, almost everything was perfect. On top of that, the host welcomed us with the warmth you’d expect when visiting an aunt you haven’t seen in a long time. The interior design was also excellent, clearly reflecting Eloísa’s attention to detail. Each room was spacious, and the bedding and towels smelled pleasant and were very well maintained, making it one of the most comfortable places we’ve ever slept in while traveling. What I especially appreciated was the complete absence of noise in the surrounding area. Due to Spain’s siesta culture, we’ve often struggled to sleep in other accommodations because of neighbors chatting loudly late into the night or the sound of cars roaring by. But this place was truly quiet and peaceful, which made a huge difference.

To be improved

This isn’t necessarily a drawback — it might even have been the host’s thoughtful gesture — but during our visit over the Easter week, the weather was quite chilly. So the heating units installed in each room were set to run on a timer in the mornings and evenings. Since there were four heaters running at once, whenever we used the microwave and electric hob in the kitchen at the same time, the circuit breaker would trip. It would be great if this aspect could be improved.

The apt was quite nice. It was very equipped with all amenities. The only problem we had was in finding the location. The address was unclear and when contacting the manager we found they did not speak English. It took us awhile but when we finally met the manager in person, he was charming and helpful . We we only able to communicate with hand gestures due to the language barrier.

Very nice and clean apartment, with many little details taken care of. The owner was extremely welcoming and friendly, she made us feel like home. We would certainly do it again!

The best

All good, the place looks exactly as the pictures, and even was more comfortable than we thought. The weather was really cold outside and the apartment kept warm inside, at our arrival the host had turned on the aircon before we got to the place to have a nice condition. Thanks Eloísa and Loly for your hospitality.

“Perfect and the closest you can find to your cosy family home”

Super clean and comfortable, spacious. Hosts were amazingly nice and they went beyond in helping us with what we needed. We were on our way to Marbella and because the kids were too tired to continue driving, we had to stop and rest for the night. It was also pretty late at night when i booked but the owner picked up the phone, communicated with us so well and arranged someone to welcome us at the apartment. Loly, the co-host was amazingly sweet and welcoming. They even made sure our cat is comfortable ! The apartment has every thing you need, the kitchen is complete with very new and clean appliances&utensils. The beds are super comfy with warm beddings, all new furniture and windows with blinds. Apartment has a large living room.

To be improved

If i have to name something i would name the lack of proper heating. But i know that in this area it is normal not to have one and the hosts put all the ACs on for heating as we arrived at night and it was freezing. There is also a small electric heater in the bathroom which works quite well and heats up the bathroom quickly for when you’re going to shower. Other downside i could say was that there was no elevator in the building.
