The best

Fantastic location by a 400 year old cathedral, with a great view of the town and vineyards below. Everything in town is in walking distance (although a lot of the walking is uphill!). Nice little studio with kitchen and washer, very modern inside.

To be improved

Parking is limited (small parking lot at east end of the street), although you can bring your car to the front door for loading. And fold in the side mirrors, some of those streets are skinny! Still, worth it for the view and experience.

The best

Lovely location in the old part of Bastida overlooking the valley. With the narrow streets, it does mean one needs a small car (eg Fiat 500) to park relatively close by. Recently renovated apartment that is well kitted out. Appreciated having a washing machine available. Easy check-in process.

To be improved

Apartment was a little musty, but nothing that opening of the windows couldn't sort out. The mattress is quite soft.
