The view. Sun until about 4.00 in the afternoon. Sun umbrella shade is very useful. Great for people watching. Very quiet. Comfortable bed. Plenty of hot water. Convenient location.

To be improved

Shower head spray in all directions. No oven. Nowhere to drain dishes if you don't want to use the dishwasher.

I would have booked again if it wasn't for these issues. No double bed two single beds pushed together. No oven or grill, no dry food storage. View overlooking a restaurant roof. Freezer not usable due to been iced up. Very noisy location constant traffic Lots of unnecessary clutter in the apartment Been asked to leave early as the owner had another booking coming in.

It’s position in the charming village of Arrieta. Ideal for the north of Lanzarote.

The fridge didn’t work and unfortunately the owner was away on business.
