Apartamento El Peñón

My boyfriend and I went there in June 2025, and we were greeted right after we arrived from the airport by his brother! He gave us the keys, showed us around the apartment, and explained how things worked; it was really nice and tidy. We were welcomed warmly and felt very comfortable. He was very flexible and easily accessible if there was anything we wanted, needed, or wondered about. We received a sweet welcome gift, which made arriving even better. This is a place I would recommend! The beach is just down below; there are many shops and a nice area! I definitely plan to go back!

We absolutely loved this top-located, clean, super-stylish and perfectly-equipped apartment Communication with host was swift and certain, Nestor waited for us at the door for check-in and explained everything about the apartment. There really is absolutely everything you need for a pleasant stay, all the appliances etc, and you feel at home and, yes, you can hear the ocean Beach is 0.5 min, bus station 8-10min walk, so it’s very convenient both for relaxing in Las Palmas and for trips around the island Hope to return to El Penon Apartment again!

The apartment has an excellent location in the first row to the beach. The windows face a pedestrian-only alley and it is possible to see the sea at one end and a park at the other end of this short alley. Although it is very central, it was quiet during the night and I slept well. Shops and many restaurants are in walking distance. The whole building was refurbished recently. The apartment has a stylish design and everything looked completely new. It was perfectly clean and had all the appliances for a longer stay. The host was friendly and helpful. He enabled an early check-in and waited for me at the door to hand over the key and explain everything that I needed. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable.
