Good access to the area

To be improved

The view was awful. No kettle, shower head leaked everywhere, towel rail hanging off the wall next to the sink. Sofa was stained. Problems getting into the property on arrival. Key safe wouldn’t open and when staff came out to sort out the problem they opened it but there was no key inside. We were so tired from a very early start and travelling we didn’t need this.
