The property has recently been completedvas part of a complete rrefurbishment of the building. It has been finished to a high standard and the appliances and furnishings are like new. There is a modern pod coffee machine and the hosts left pods of coffee and tea bags Etc. There is a two ring induction hob with plenty of cooking utensils - but with Jerez prices for eating out being so reasonable, who would want to cook anyway! A brand new washing machine along with drying rack, iron and ironing board Makes it a home from home. The air conditioning is very efficient with seperate units in each roomAlthough only one bedroom, the lounge has a huge comfortable sofa bed with bedding supplied. The agent was very friendly and helpful and there to meet me with the keys on arrival. Great communication by WhatsApp. All in all I highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable stay in the heart of this wonderful city.
