“Excellent apartment with good kitchen facilities. Very spacious. · Cons: Only down side was the location is a touch out of the way - still very walkable to the bus stop though. Also the washing area is shared with other apartments and was busy a lot of the time we were there”

“Far from the city and the garage is not a real option”

The property is spacious

To be improved

Garage is 15’ walking away from the property, so barely usable. At least there was available parking on the street. WiFi is very bad and not available in every room. The facilities are somehow poor and somehow stinky due to humidity everywhere. Quite far from city center and main attractions

The property was clean, spacious and plenty cleaning products and toilet rolls.

To be improved

The location wasn’t great. In the middle of a building site. No kettle, WiFi was non existent, not enough towels. First day not enough hot water for 4 of us to have a shower. Shower head was difficult to sit in his mount. Not enough coat hangers.

“Comfortable family apartment”
The best

Comfortable family apartment in Bilbao with good space and facilities. Helpful communication from hosts. It seemed like it might be in the middle of some renovations and there were some aesthetic touches that were not finished but that didn't really affect our stay. It's not quite in the centre so you need to be ready to walk or use public transport to get there.
