Perfect localisation , just 2 minutes to the beach. Well equipped apartment (e.g. iron in place), good efficient heating (visit in winter time - January)

Very friendly owner, garage was available (optional but inexpensive), also a baby cot. Very close to the sea (<1 min) and some bars/restaurants.

To be improved

The house has an elevator but there are some stairs to get to the lift. Had to carry the push chair some steps. But not really an issue.
