The best

I liked the outside space. Private patio & small garden area. Spacious living room. Good size bedrooms. Everything you need for self catering holiday. Close to Denia town for eating out etc. Underground parking was handy.

The best

The aircon is strong. The pool. the garden area. clean. Aldi is abut 7/8 mins walk away. Some nice restauants close by. Drive to port in 6 mins / walk it in 20 mins. But the beach is about 10 mins walk away. We didn't use the gaage, we parked outsid as easier to carry bags. This is an urbanisation with plenty of local families on site.

To be improved

wifi is poor. I had to do some unexpected work and the wifi was very slow. Fight of 16 steps to climb as you enter front gate. OK for us but could be a problem for anyone with a disability.

Location, close to beach and walking distance to town. Lovely terrace and garden.

To be improved

Property poorly maintained, boiler exploded and flooded kitchen (boiler replaced same day) Toilet cistern not filling with water.dining table does not extend and hair dryer not working properly. Walls need painting. Shame because nice apartment

“Lovely apartment close to the beach”
The best

Great apartment with lovely terrace and small garden. The complex has a communal pool which was clean. Location is 5 minutes walk to the beach.
