“Great hosts, nice family neighborhood, good size, really comfortable bed, not for asthmatics”

The best

It was a good size for our family of four. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in on a trip. The hostess was very kind and let us drop our bags off early, and was there to great us. The house was a little dated (real 1980's vibe), but kept very clean. The neighborhood was off the beaten path, but had plenty of great local spots to explore and was a 5-10 minute walk to the trains and subway to get everywhere we needed to be. My three year old loved the playground in front.

To be improved

The cigarette smell. It wasn't from in the apartment, so unfortunately there was nothing the host could to do help it. But at least one neighbor smoked like a chimney, so especially in the evenings, when we'd get home the bedroom especially would reek of smoke. I didn't mind it as much as my husband who has bad asthma whose lungs were affected by it. Also the shower left something to be desired. TONS of great water pressure and it got hot really fast. But it was on a unmovable holder on the wall and if you turned the water on it would hit the back wall and quickly flood the bathroom floor.

The best

Nice and quite spacious apartment with the majority stuff needed for the stay. A good neighborhood with all the infrastructure needed, quite close to the city centre by bus.

To be improved

Some utensils are missing, and it can be quite noisy in the neighborhood in the evening, thus, you can't open windows while there is air conditioning in only one room, and then only one of the bedrooms has a ventilator. The walls are quite thin as well, so you can hear how the neighbours are watching TV till late hour.
