Apartamento Embajadores VI

Lack of washing machine.

They advertised it as a design apartment, but that's quite far away (my opinion). We didn't have warm water (had to call the owner to have it fixed and they did), the sink in the bathroom was falling apart (very wobbly) shower glass doors could not close properly and be sealed. In the kitchen, we had a coffee machine but no coffee at all, neither a couple of tea bags, nothing. Basic furniture.

The stairs case were very old and not renovated. The rubbish bin were at the entrance of the building, next to elevator, so you could smell the rubbish coming in and coming out. The worse experience, was inside the flat: we were not able to use the bathroom because the smell was terrible. The first night, we kept the door close, hopping the next day would be better, but the smell was even worse. We called to inform the issue, someone came to just to check. At the end we were able to slee and have a shower in another apartment which was much smaller and dark. Next day we had to move to our flat, although the issue was not solved and we did not get any solution. I sent a claim. The company did not reply. Terrible experience, specifically if you are travelling with small children.
