The best

I liked that we had two bedrooms for my family. We had heat and hot water. There was a train station outside of the apartment. The elevator worked. There were enough towels for the four of us. Management was responsive when I reached out.

To be improved

The pillows were terrible. The hot water tank cabinet in the bathroom was right above the toilet, so we hit our heads a few times. Poor design. Also, there was no cabinet to store the broom, mop and bucket. They were left by the shower and just looked tacky. The kitchen could use a few more basic items to cook. I wish there were photos of the up and down stairs from the elevator to the apartment. We had lots of luggage and I would've consider the inconvenience when booking had I known. Also, there was construction going on, so everything was dusty up to our front door. I didn't care for the neighborhood. There are much nicer areas in Madrid to stay at for less than what I paid.
