Apartamento Embajadores XI

The hosts were horrible during check in. We requested several times for an early check in and they never bothered to answer except for their automated messages. We had a horrible overnight sleep at the airport just because they did not allow us to check in early. We saw that no one was checked at the property prior to our stay so they had no reason to refuse us. We were intending on paying the extra fee for early check in, yet they did not even bother to address our request seriously. They are extremely unfriendly and rude.

The key code to enter the apartment was not working at the time of our arrival witch cause us the lot of inconvenience and discomfort!!! Eventually after 15 minutes of telephone conversation(can't waitt to see my roaming bill) they unlocked the door for us butt we could not go out to eat and buy stuff we needed all together because we could not go back ti the apartment if we all leave!!! Also next morning we were late for meetings and exhibition because we were waitthling for the code to be send to us!!! I am really disappointed with communication from the staff and booking also because we received codes that did not work and we were standing in front of the doors in the midnight tired from our flight and hungry with our bags like bunch of loosers instead of going out and exploring Spanish cuisine in Madrid!!!

The AC works just for the living room in the hottest days of the summer, and no washing machine.

No WiFi and the solution never came
