The apartment is located in a central location with a lot of traffic. Traffic noise can be heard in the bedrooms facing the street. Earplugs helped a lot. Noises could also be heard from the stairwell at night There is a kaose coffee machine in the kitchen, but no capsules. There was no soap in the bathroom.

As a frequent traveler who has been using Booking.com for about eight years, this is the first time I felt compelled to leave a negative review. Unfortunately, my experience at this property was disappointing for several reasons.The property was advertised as having air conditioning, but it is important to note that in a three-bedroom apartment, only the living room was air-conditioned. The other rooms lack proper cooling, and we were provided with a weak mobile air humidifier in one of the bedrooms. This device was ineffective, especially in 40-degree Celsius heat, making the apartment unbearably hot.To make matters worse, the air conditioner in the living room was not functioning properly. We communicated this issue to the accommodation provider, but they lacked the urgency and professionalism needed to address the problem, which was shocking and unacceptable.If you are a young group or couple looking to spend a few days in Madrid and are not concerned about the air conditioning, you might appreciate the location. The apartment is conveniently close to everything, including a lively bar street and a metro station. Apart from the air conditioning issues, the apartment was well-furnished and clean.However, for those who prioritize comfort and effective air conditioning, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Small details could really elevate the experience. For the price paid, having a couple of capsules for the coffee machine, a bottle of water, paper napkins in the kitchen or something of the sort which is basic, is expected. The windows that face the street could be adapted to help with the street noise (super noisy, having the windows open or closed is the same when it comes to street noise). The shower could’ve been made just an inch or 2 wider—a big person wouldnt fit in there. Im a small person myself and showered with my nose almost on the shower door.

You can feel the cold air coming through the windows quite a bit if you stay there around winter time. Also not soundproof at all, we could hear the people on the other side of the floors music which was going until the very early hours so not the best if you have little children or want a peaceful stay.
