Apartamento Embajadores XV

The apartment is located in a very old building. The rooms don’t have air conditioning, only units that can blow hot and cold air. There’s a lack of soundproofing throughout the building, and the kitchen is missing basic items, as several other guests have already pointed out. Small improvements, such as adding a frying pan, some salt, or shower gel in the bathroom, would definitely add value to the stay.

Very very old building and needs renovation ASAP because the windows are old, they let all the noise inside, location could have been cleaner, beds were pretty unconfortable but the biggest problem was the noise. I had a neighbour who kept the tv on very loud every night till morning and my friends bedroom eas just near the old stairs and every morning atv6 am he could hear the noise from people using the old squiky stairs

The door access was initially difficult but when understood it worked fine. Very secure . The airconditioning was not working. They provided portable air conditioning which altho inconvenient , it worked . The couch and carpet needed better cleaning as hair was on it and once we requested it be cleaned they sent someone to clean it . Otherwise very clean. Recently renovated one bedroom door does not close. Coffeemaker was not working , Altho reported it was not replaced. It’s attractively renovated with good sheets and towels . Decided to make the most of it as it is a nice modern good space apartment. Generally good value for money .
