location perfect, clean and comfortable

It was a nice place, just like in the pictures. Well equipped and it was easy to communicate with the host. The beds were soft so I liked them but some of my friends enjoy firm mattresses more so if you're like that, it might not be for you. Great location next to bars and restaurants!

It’s more like a studio apartment. No bedroom door. Very small space in the kitchen and no dining table. Good size fridge. It was nice to have a washer in the unit. Secure building on a small side street but we could hear all the neighbors.

The apartment is very well located (close to the center, shops, restaurants...), it is clean and well structured for 5 people (the main bedroom is on the outside and you can hear the street noise, and in the second bedroom you hear all night the noise of AC motor); regarding the equipment, a toilet brush is absolutely necessary and replacement of kitchen towels. Unfortunately, the BIG problem is the way of check-in and check-out, with personal delivery/reception of keys, with the extremely rigorous completion of some documents, passport check like a policeman, signing documents by each person, reading the regulations... which takes an extremely long time, is uncomfortable and unpleasant for tourists who have already paid for some services, come tired and want to enjoy their accommodation as soon as possible.
