The best

The location was great. Easy access from subway station and within walking distance from Gran Via.

To be improved

I have to say that the location of the apartment was a plus and the price was reasonable compared to similar options. Nevertheless, we noticed a couple of things that needed more attention from the host. The floor was dusty when we arrived, the shower needed a deep cleaning -which we did-, the AC only blowed air but did not cool down the room, and the kitchen was poorly equipped for four people. Thankfully, the weather was great in May and the nights were coolder. Other than that, everything else flowed as normal.

The location of the apartment was great. I didn't mind the height issues others complained about.

To be improved

The main entrance key didn't work as you needed a special copy cut and the agent messed me around when I told them. Luckily the owner is on the block and bumped into her by chance and she lent me her key.
