It was clean, the wifi was available and beds were comfortable. The use of washing machine was free. The owner was responsive and helpful.

One of the rooms has a window to the interior vertical shaft and it had to be closed constantly because there was smell from cooking and cigarettes from apartments below. Even thought the parking in the street is free, it is really difficult to find a parking place, especially in the weekends and afternoon hours. During our stay, we didn't have a hot water in the sink, so it was hard to wash the dishes.

The best

The perfect place to spend a week in Alicante. The apartment is only a 20-minute walk from the beach and other places to visit. Superb location, very well equipped, clean and newly furnished apartment. A day before our arrival, we communicated with the host on WhatsApp regarding the details of our flight and the time we will meet. Everything went perfectly!!! We met Marina upon our arrival. She was waiting for us at the apartment, handed us the keys and introduced us to the apartment, wishing us a pleasant stay.

The best

Very nice apartment,well equipped. Uncomplicated check-in and chech-out. Very good bus and tram connection. The center of the city you can reach in 15-20 minutes.

To be improved

The smell in kitchen,under the sink. No bedlights or small lamps in the apartment.
