Perfect location in the heart of the city, close to bars, cafes, and shops.
The host is very friendly and helpful, providing necessary information upon arrival.
No specific mentions but reasonable based on location.
All necessary equipment provided and functions well.
A very comfortable stay with a few minor issues.
Good value for the location and amenities provided.
“A perfect stay”
The place is very cozy and located in a great spot. It's clean and has all the necessary equipment. It's the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing and lying on the beach. Additionally, the host is very friendly and helpful 😊
“Well located in an historic building with excellent access to the City.”
The location is excellent for the historical city of Malaga, it is in the hustle and bustle, though the convenience of stepping out straight into the City is well worth it. Daniel met us at the garage, which is a short stroll away and a really excellent feature of the accommodation, and checked in with us during our stay. The accommodation is very well equipped, easy to get to and we very much enjoyed our stay.
“All in all really good place to stay and visit Malaga. If you can use ear stoppers you won’t be bothered by animated str”
The location, clean place, very nice hosts providing all information needed, very well equipped flat.
Street noise at night time

Communication and support from the owner is 10/10. She is always ready to help. The place is exactly as it looks like in the pictures. It's cosy and well equipped (everything you need in the kitchen to prepare a meal, in the bathroom you may find hairdyrie, in the libing room iron etc.). The apartment is in the historic part of Malaga, which means all the biggest attractions are in just few minutes walk distance, as well as train station to go to the airport, 15 min walk to the main bus and train station. It also means a lot of restaurants and bars around and life going on until late at night. However ear plugs and blindfolds are provided in the apartment. The bed is very comfortable, big enough for two people.
“Buyer beware…”
It is a very good location. Easy walking distance from the train from the airport and from the centre of the city. It’s one up in a lovely old tenement style building with a giant carved wooden outer door (and controlled entry system) in a quiet little alleyway (despite restaurants, bars and building works nearby). Inside the floors are all white marble. It’s small but well laid out and has a decent kitchen area including (very important if you’re travelling on hand luggage) a washing machine. The bed was comfy (we don’t like soft beds), the fridge was a good size. It’s on a corner with 4 floor length double windows opening out into little mini balconies, one of which has a wee table and 2 chairs so you can sit out with a coffee or glass if you want. Salt and a small amount of coffee either from the hosts or previous guests were appreciated! We left our coffee and olive oil for the next people. Dish soap, hand soap, shower soap and shampoo also. The apartment feels more like a home than most and we really loved it.
Not much we didn’t like at the time. There was no detergent for the washing machine but we knew we would be running every day and had brought some anyway. The floors were cold so we bought slipper socks. I’m very conflicted about what’s happened since. When we got off the plane home a terse message from the host was waiting and claimed the lid of the bin was missing (there was no lid on the bin…I mean, what did they think we did with it anyway?!), the air conditioning was on (true. We thought we were doing right by turning it down to 18*) and furniture was broken. We are very careful and respectful guests and feel quite horrified that someone would accuse us of causing damage and not admitting to it. There was minor damage to a couple of things when we arrived - the sink in the bathroom is slightly cracked, one of the balcony door handles is a little loose and in the bedroom there was a crunched top corner on a narrow, floor standing chipboard cupboard with massive locks on it that we assumed contained things belonging to the owners. The top of the cupboard was at mantle shelf height and had books and ornaments on it (which we thought was quite a clever way to make a big padlocked cupboard look ok in the middle of a bedroom) and it looked as though something heavy had given it a real dunt. Anyway, we ignored all these minor damages thinking they didn’t impact on our enjoyment of a lovely apartment, but then the host insisted we caused this damage and must pay the cost of a new cupboard! I guess it’s like when you hire a car, take photos of even minor damage that doesn’t inconvenience you as soon as you arrive so you have evidence in case of this kind of thing. I don’t want to believe that they are trying to scam us, but it’s either that or someone from the cleaning company did the damage (I presume they might be hefting vacuum cleaners and mop buckets about the place) or the person who showed us around did.
