The best

The location was nice. The house had everything we needed.

To be improved

The bed, once you lay down it feels like a funnel that pulls you into the middle. Also the time we had to wait for the keys, eventhough we were compensated, we still had to wait for 2 hours by the door.

Close to the heart of Madrid 30 min walk washing machine

To be improved

Not suitable for older travellers with luggage, 5 flights of steep stairs, shower over bath and loft bed difficult to access Extremely small very stuffy as windows would not open.

The best

The host was very helpful, and provided good visiting tips. The location is perfect. The AC was a life-saver. The wifi is a nice thing. Very good value for money.

To be improved

We were very late because of train issues. There's no keybox, so the host had to come and give us the keys, charging a late check-in fee. Sleeping was difficult, because you hear everything in the corridor and in your neighbors' apartments, because nothing is sound-proof.

Small bit had everything I needed

To be improved

It was up on at least the 4th floor and this was not on the listing. It was difficult to carry bags over several flights of stairs.
