“Very good”
“Good with shortcomings”
This location is very close to the shops and near enough to the main shopping center. A lift is available from the First Floor.
The bedroom I occupied was towards the back of the building and it had a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. Unfortunately, the glass door leading out to the balcony was splattered with paint and the balcony floor was messy as workmens scaffolding and ladders were outside as they were doing some work on the building. The door only had a fine white mesh curtain which did not protect our privacy. The bidet was not functioning properly, there was only a trickle of water when the tap was opened. The fitting that holds the shower to the wall in both bathrooms are damaged and need replacing. The kitchen was well equipped. In the morning when we filled the electric kettle with water and plugged it in the power in the flat went off and quite honestly there was not much help from the contacts to help sort out the fault. Eventually my brother came up to the flat with an electrician who helped turn the power back on. After that incident we had to use the cooker and a dish to make out tea and coffee. This accommodation was the most expensive place that we stayed in during this tour of Portugal and Spain.
“Pleasant stay overall.”
Good location. We chose the apartment because of its close proximity to the mercado and metro. Check in was easy and host recommended some nice places. Many restaurants and shopping near the apartment.
Construction was ongoing when we were there. Construction noise starts at 8am every morning. Unfortunately, metro line was down when we stayed there. One of the bathrooms drains very slowly. There wasn't a clothing rack for us to dry our clothing.
“Good as a sleeping base and in a very nice area. Convenient.”
Great location. Good size. Easy to meet up. Quiet
One bedrooom is separated by a sliding partition door and one a curtain so you couldn’t call them private. The master bedroom was massive. There were building works on the outside of the building but not intrusive or noisy. We used it as sleeping quarters for the Grand Prix and were out all day and for that it was great. If you needed to stay in during the day I think it is a little rudimentary to be honest. It is not a beautiful apartment to be in like some.
“3 nights, 5 friends”
Marina, our host was really kind and helpfull. The apartment has everything you need, all the appliances. Location is great, just next to the La Raval district. All the shops, caffe's, Lidl, big market, everything is within 50 m. We were 5 friends, and we enjoyed our weekend stay. Will come back for sure.
“Superb”
Plenty of space, two balconies, two bathrooms, great location. Lots of shops, restaurants and transport nearby. Walkable to the centre and other places of interest.
Shower leaked.
