The location is good.

To be improved

I asked the landlord to give me all information over my phone because I couldn´t get to my e mail account while travelling. unfortunately he didn´t. There was no description on which floor of the Building the flat is, as well as there was no discription how to operate the main door over the code. No description where to find the Key box as well.
