I had some problems operating door lock.

Pedro the owner rude on text when I asked about the shower not getting hot for very long. They have a limited supply of water. Not suitable to be running without this being looked at many complaints over the years. Mould in the shower, kitchen tap faulty and nearly falling off that my mother received burns and treatment from. Trying to get hold of them regarding any of this is not happening so I hope others see this and are warned.

The bathroom ceiling was covered in thick mould and the entire building was damp with very poor ventilation. When addressing the mould for health reasons, the owner was extremely unhelpful, rude, & basically told us there was nothing he would / could do because it wasn't his fault that the upstairs neighbours had leaky pipes... (?) No solutions or support. I had to contact cleaning staff (that were extremely kind & understanding) who eventually agreed to clean the active mould. I was very glad my stay was only two days.
