The landlady was very friendly and accommodating. Communication worked well thanks to the Translate app. We were allowed to move into the apartment earlier than planned. We got a second key for the apartment, but unfortunately not for the building. We were grateful to be able to park the car in the underground parking lot.

To be improved

We were regularly woken up because as the noise of wooden chairs being moved by the neighbors above us was louder than the planes taking off. Unfortunately, they also let their dog pee on their balcony regularly, which led to unpleasant smells because of the drops that came down to our balcony railing.

“Great apartment, conveniently located, good value for money!”

Great and spacious apartment in El Medano, very conveniently located close to the sea and the town centre. Nice little balcony, moreover, equipped with a washing machine. The condo the apartment is part of has a large pool and a parking garage which is an asset, parking in the streets can be tricky. Communication with the host via whatsapp, very friendly, helpful and efficient!

To be improved

While the apartment is fully equipped, some parts of the furniture are very basic, e.g., The two chairs in the living room are very cheap and wobbly. A dishwasher would be nice as well😉
