The sofa bed could have been more comfortable

The apartment is not comfortable for 4 persons sleeping, hence the sofa is extremely uncomfortable for sleeping even for kids. Lack of blankets (3 giant blankets for 4 persons) one blanket is without bedsheet however on the 2nd day they gave us one. The bedroom was really cold, the bathroom. The access to the apartment is not possible without internet connection/smartphone so if you lost your phone or internet connection you will be in big trouble. The wooden headboard in the bedroom was torn on one side and was quite unstable on the other.

It was not fit for a family of four with teenagers, as the second bed was a sofa and it was too small for two.

Sofa in the living room wasn’t comfortable

Filthy walls. Filthy bed. In the limit of acceptance the bathroom. Booked for 4 persons but just 2 could sleep. 1 extra bed was filtthy and without sheets and pillow. Booked and payed for 3 nights. Informed managemet regarding the conditions when we arrived at 20:30. Nobody cared to help. In the morning writed again and informed that we will not spend another minute in that hole. Nobody cared even to respond. Asked for the reimbursement of the 2 nights that we will not used and again nobody cared to respond. Just a Scam and Theft. No other way to put it.
