Apartamento en la Calle Alfalfa

Many small things. No wine glasses. Broken shower. Bathroom door lock is absent. Not enough space for 6 people. Electricity plugs are not fixed well. Difficult to find the key, especially when you have luggage and arive late. Just 1 set of key for several people. We asked if there was a hair dryer, and we got a positive answer, so we didn't take one. But there was none. We contacted the owner but we never received a reply. 5 women with no hair dryer for 3 days... Another disappointment - an unreasonable lady neighbor, who decided to tell her "important" opinion to adult quite and responsible women, like as we were noizy teenagers...

A couple of things needed attention. The bathroom door handle and a window handle needed repair and the button/flush on the toilet needed attention. Thanx

Apartment was not cleaned when we checked-in at 4.30 pm (check-in time was 3 pm). Cleaning lady was still there when we reached at 4.30 pm. She did not complete the cleaning and left the cleaning material on dining table itself. Bathroom door lock was not working. Poor communication during check-in process. It took us 1 hour to check-in as keys were not in lockbox as mentioned in message. As there was delay in cleaning the apartment, host took time to share proper directions during check-in. Overall bad experience.
