Apartamento en la Catedral

1. The apartment is extremely small and doesn't correspond to the square metres that it is on the description. 2. Location is good,it's close to the cathedral but very noisy, especially on the weekends when there are a lot of concerts and entertainment happening. 3. There are no curtains in the bedrooms so if you like to sleep with an opened window for some fresh air it's difficult because of the light from outside ,and it's soffocating hot with the windows fully closed. 4. If you have any wrinkled clothes which you would like to iron forget about it, you put your clothes as wrinkled as it is because there is no iron which is very disappointing to have to look for a place in Burgos to simply iron your dress or shirt . As soon as I asked the host when we arrived about the iron and after received his reply that there is none available I said it was first apartment that I've been to have washing machine and no iron,doesnt make sense ,what the HOST DID IS TO CANCEL OUR RESERVATION WHILE US BEING ALREADY HERE SO WE WOULDNT BE ABLE TO LEAVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW AND THAYS MOST LIKELY NOT THE FIRST TIME HE DOES THAT . SO I HAD TO CALL BOOKING HELP CENTRE IN ORDER TO COMPLAIN. 5. PAYMENT ONLY CASH OR BANK TRANSFERENCE . 6.PICKING UP THE KEYS FROM HOTEL WHICH IS NOT NEXT TO THE APARTMENT

Need to pickup keys at another location and pay cash. Luckily I took out cash just before a power outage which took multiple hours so that was not an issue

Had problem finding block as was not very clear . to collect the keys was a 20 minute walk there and back and was not made very clear .
