To be improved

No support. The manager, assume it was not an owner, never showed up. It appeared that the person cleaning the unit was who briefed us. In a hurry to get out and failed to explain the basic ref garbage, entry etc. there was not a kettle and the manager said he could get one in a few days, so no help. The hot water tanks pressure relief valve would activate and dump water over the microwave, on the counter and on to the floor. Again the manager offered nothing. There is no drain hose on the relief valve. It is adjacent to train tracks so noisy. The unit was fine but (because they are also Airbnb ) very un professional. Would not recommend or stay again. We go to Valencia every year.
