-- Hard to communicate with the host, delayed responses, everything answered back in Spanish even when requested for English. -- AC! When we arrived AC was off and the whole apartment was hot! Only 1, old, AC was provided and was barely working. It was a very uncomfortable first night. Took 24 hours for the AC to cool down to a level where one can try to sleep. Asked the host to provide a portable fan at least. In response, I was sarcastically told that the other guests did not have any problem and that 1 AC is provided. Once I replied, host never bothered to reply back or resolve the issue. Very poor & unhelpful behavior and responses from the host. -- Apartment is small from what is seen from the picture. This apartment is good for a maximum of 3 people only. -- Apartment inside the building was difficult to find. Good thing host sent a video direction. If you didn't receive a video direction then ask for one otherwise you will be lost! -- Toilet tank flush button is broken and doesn't work properly. You have to put it in a right position and then press it down for it to work. -- No international adapter outlet plug is provided. Check all of your electronics plugs to make sure it will work with EU plugs. -- No shampoo is given. -- Water leaks when taking shower. Overall, for the amount paid and with host's attitude, absolutely not worth it, specially in the summer! I will not stay or recommend this place to anyone. Pay little extra, go somewhere else, and save yourself a headache.

Lack of insruction for accessing the wi-fi!

The flat is very dark, there are basically no windows. The hot water tends to run out.
