Very small

Very noisy, doors were slammed constantly during the night, and neighbours upstairs were moving furniture all night long. The first few nights we couldn't sleep properly. Light is coming from the main door from a small window.

There was no actual air conditioning, but there were 2 big fans. Even still, it was very hot and we had to take cold showers regularly to try to stop overheating. It was hard to sleep at night. HOWEVER, we were there during a very hot time of year where temperatures were reaching 38/39°C.

I didn't like it at all it was terrible the cockroaches everywhere, the cleaning was done only once during the stay and without changing towels, the location is in front of a bar and the apartment is on the ground floor pavement next to the trash cans. The sofa bed was dirty.

I would be surprised if health authorities would allows this to operate if they would see the condition of this flat. I didn't even stay in this flat for more than a night because the condition was so extremely bad that I demanded a refund, which they did not give me "because the boss is sleeping", apparently he sleeps for days since he hasn't been reachable for over a week. When I demanded resolutions, the only thing the staff could offer was moving to another apartment, which was smaller, without the amenities I paid for plus the hassle of moving apartments which the provider did not help with at all and has offered no compensation for the downgrade. The flat was so dirty we had to move. Trash in the corners, hairs in the bed and linens, and in general dirty. Didn't want to touch anything. And the place is loud, get ready to hear the details of the neighbour's toilet trips and every word of their conversations. There is a bar right across the street and the apartment is street level so it is Loud. The bathroom door doesn't work so if you're traveling with a partner, they will share the sounds of your toilet trip. The washing machine is open air and shares a room with loads of garbage and the neighbor's underwear hanging right atop of your head. There is mold in the bathrooms and no attempt to remedy this. The neighborhood is also the sketchiest in the city. There are drug dealers everywhere and several nights there were guys smoking drugs right on the doorstep. The squares around have a bunch of dudes hanging out all day doing drugs, shouting, harassing you and being very sketchy. The beds are probably second hand beds from a prison. I'm going to need physical therapy after staying in it. Don't do business with these people. They will ruin your vacation.
