“The apartement is nicely furnished and centrally located, many places are easily accessible on foot. Positive was the friendly communication with the host, who was always quick to respond and very helpful. During off season, parking was easy – we found a nearby and free spot on the street within two minutes every day. · Cons: The area didn't quite match our expectations in terms of value and attractions, and we felt a short stay (1 or max 2 Nights) would be sufficient to experience what it had to offer. Travelers with a rental car could find better deals and more value in neighboring areas. With a bit more attention to cleanliness and the addition of a AC, the stay could be much more comfortable. The area can be quite noisy, and the apartment itself has thin Walls. The bed was unfortunely very uncomfortable and unstable.”

No air conditioning only fans, this would be a problem in summer Toaster didn’t work but there’s a grill in the oven

Nice balcony, central location. Fair price for what you get.

To be improved

Beds were not comfortable, and since it is an old apartment the walls are thin and could hear noisy neighbours. Parking is a real hassle (like most of Tenerife).

Lovely decor, spotlessly clean, good central location. Nice big balcony. Kitchen equipped with everything we needed.

There was some late night noise from the street and the neighbours next door.
