Excellent location outside of the city, 10 minutes on foot from a metro station. Very spacious appartment. The bedroom was quiet, but there was some traffic noise (and noisy neighbours) on the balcony or in the living room, even with the windows closed (but nothing too dramatic).The owner was very nice and accomodating and gave us some tips on where to go and how to get there. The metro station cavalieri has some nice bars and restaurants around, as well as a supermarket. There was plenty of free street parking and quite a few empty spaces around (in may).

To be improved

The pool was closed (in may of 2024) and we did not see it mentionned when booking.

“After all the challenges have been overcome it can be a good location for a trip to Seville.”

Clean and presentable. A 10 minute walk to the Metro. An Aldi 5 minutes away. Parking was adequate, if you could find a spot. Excellent communication from Pepa who was very responsive in answering questions or checking to see that all was alright.

To be improved

Getting there was like taking on a challenge for Mission Impossible. The instructions were not the same as the advertised address and it took a little effort to work it out. It would have been good to have a set of written instructions to help finding thing like the WiFi, which are tacked into the bottom of instructions for passport registration. The unit is small so be aware. Kitchenette is limited in its function which restricts food choices if self-catering.

“Amazing place”

The best

Great apartment with all in vicinity. The air-conditioning is so great and works perfectly, which is a must in Seville. The entire apartment is well maintained and has all what it takes to have a great stay. Pepa, the host, is also very helpful.
